Female Cosmetic Rhinoplasty:
Before & After Photos

Surgeries performed by facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Compton, Troy, MI

Case #3030

This young women sustained a nasal fracture many years before seeing me and was having progressive worsening of her nasal breathing. You can see from the photos that the end of her septum was broken to the left which deviated her tip the same direction. I fixed her septum by removing the fractured segment and reattaching to the septum with an absorbable sheet of a plastic like material called PDS. I also balanced her nose with a right spreader graft which opened her internal nasal valve and a columellar strut to improve the support of her nasal tip. The tip was minimally modified with a conservative cephalic trim for refinement.

She is breathing much better and happy with her result.
