Description: This beautiful young woman had a nasal fracture when she was a teenager that she didn’t get fixed, then refractured it again 1 month before she came to see me. She was having trouble with breathing as well due to her deviated septum.
She underwent an open rhinoplasty with reduction of the large hump, bilateral spreader grafts, septoplasty, osteotomies and turbinate reduction.
She had an excellent result and is overjoyed with her result. She is breathing great and extremely happy.
