Allison earned her bachelor of science in nursing and her MS as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Detroit Mercy. She has an extensive nursing background in the areas of critical care, hematology/oncology, and primary care medicine. After several years of working in primary care as a Nurse Practitioner, she missed the critical care setting and doing more hands on procedures. Upon starting at Dr. Compton’s practice & L’Atelier MedSpa, she underwent & completed an extensive training program directly under Dr. Compton, where she has assisted him in rhinoplasty, sinus, facelift, facial trauma, and other various ENT/Facial Plastic surgeries. She also worked alongside him in his office seeing and treating patients pre and post-operatively, & providing extra support to patients and their families. The training has given her the knowledge base, as well as the skill set needed to provide quality patient care in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Being known for providing a positive patient experience, she values educating patients during consultations on which treatment options would work best in order to help patients obtain desirable outcomes and achieve their goals. She has a passion for helping people look and feel confident about themselves. Allison is skilled in
neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, non-surgical skin contouring & tightening procedures, chemical peels, photofacials, and laser hair removal treatments.

When Allison is not working, she enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite hobby is being a mom to her son, twin daughters, & her Goldendoodle, Fletcher.
