Female Cosmetic Rhinoplasty:
Before & After Photos

Surgeries performed by facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Compton, Troy, MI

Case #3040

This young girl sustained a nasal fracture in an auto accident that caused a depressed, stellate fracture of the nasal bones with widening and depression of the nasal bones. The septum was also fractured which caused a mild saddle nose deformity. This caused loss of the normal shadowing on the sides of the nose and loss of nasal height.

She underwent open rhinoplasty with reconstruction of the depressed fracture with osteotomies, repair of septal fracture and columellar strut as well as removal of her bilateral concha bullosa (air filled middle turbinates) and Bilateral reduction of inferior turbinates.

She is breathing well and is happy with the cosmetic appearance of the nose.
