Description: This gentleman was having significant problems breathing through his crooked nose after a nasal fracture. He underwent reconstructive rhinoplasty that included cartilage grafts to reconstruct the middle 1/3rd of his right nose that was collapsed and the profile was unified to a smooth arc rather than an irregular contours. He is breathing great and very happy with his result.
This is one example of how enlarging the nose can make it look better in some circumstances.
