Male Cosmetic Rhinoplasty:
Before & After Photos

Surgeries performed by facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Compton, Troy, MI

Case #3122

This gentlemen sustained a depressed nasal fracture from being hit with a steel beam front on into the nasal dorsum. This caused a depressed and deviated nasal fracture with saddle nose and C-shaped deformity to the nose. He also had deposition of metal into the skin that caused a traumatic tattoo.

He underwent open rhinoplasty with osteotomy reduction of nasal fracture, left spreader graft, correction of saddle nose deformity with a dorsal cartilage graft, rasp, columellar strut and removal of the traumatic tattoo.

He is happy with his cosmetic outcome and return to his pre-injury state.
