Male Cosmetic Rhinoplasty:
Before & After Photos

Surgeries performed by facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Compton, Troy, MI

Case #3905

This gentleman came into the office with a long history of difficulty breathing through his nose which caused him to be unable to wear his CPAP machine at night without pain. He was found to have a severely deviated septum to the left causing obstruction of his airway, poorly supported nasal valves and a hanging tip. He underwent a functional (breathing only) open septorhinoplasty with tip suspension and valve repair to open his airway. He was not interested in changing the appearance of his nose for cosmetic purposes, so the changes made were conservative and functional only. He is very happy with the significant improvement in his breathing.
