Description:

This is a very nice patient who had previous rhinoplasty for trauma repair when she was 19 years old. She was now having difficulty breathing through the nose with a twisted septum and severe nasal valve narrowing and collapse. Intraoperatively I found over-resected nasal cartilages and used a homologous rib graft to reconstruct the nose. She is now breathing great and very happy with her results.
